Preseason training has started on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:30pm - 8:30pm. Training is currently at Southport Sharks for this week and we will commence training at Musgrave park on Tuesday 16th Feb. Any questions contact Ashley on 0417 644 534 |

Date: Saturday, October 31, 2009
Time: 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Location: Outside Titanium Bar, canals of surfers, broadwater
City/Town: Surfers Paradise, Australia
End of season party and presentation for the players of the Griffith Uni Soccer Club and Australian Uni Games soccer players, Males and Females.
Plan is to meet up out front of the Titanium Bar and get some BBQ boats and cruise around the canals for about an hour, have some drinks and loosen up. Then we'll find a little island up in the broadwater and have a BBQ and presentation. Then play some soccer, cricket whatever for the next couple of hours before cruising back to the start.
Awards up for grabs :
1st div players' player of the year
Ressies players' player of the year
2nd div players' player of the year (depending on numbers)
3rd div players' player of the year (depending on numbers)
Mens AUG player of the tournament
Womans AUG player of the tournament
Best dressed male at AUG
Best dressed female at AUG
Cost will be about $30 (subject to change depending on numbers, could be less or could be more) but that will last for around 4 hrs and will include the food for BBQ. Just bring some alcohol, sunscreen, swimmers, and a good sense of fun.

All players from all teams need to vote for player's player of the year award. Please send your vote to John Palombo on 0402 145 777 by Friday 18th September. Any votes after this date will not be counted.
